These Terms govern your purchase of products from Suburban Thugs (ABN 55618401371). By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

1. Eligibility

By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian’s permission), accept these Terms in full, and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

Product descriptions are representations made in good faith, not contractual guarantees.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST unless stated otherwise.
We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if a price is obviously wrong (and offer a refund or the correct price).

3. Order Acceptance

You place an order at checkout; our order-confirmation email confirms acceptance. We dispatch within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We may refuse or cancel any order where stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, the delivery address is outside our service area, or you breach these Terms. If we cancel, we refund the full price within 14 days.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and supported buy-now-pay-later providers via our secure payment provider; we do not store your full card number. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the purchase price (including GST). Declined payments will not be fulfilled.

5. Shipping, Title & Risk

Orders ship via Australia Post to the address you provide; we are not responsible for mis-delivery caused by an incorrect address. We own the goods and bear the risk of loss until the carrier takes possession — after dispatch, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Tracking is emailed at dispatch. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, strikes, or public holidays.

6. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or not as described: repair, replacement, or refund at no cost — contact us within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) with proof of purchase and photos.
Change of mind: return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery at your cost; we refund the purchase price after inspection. This does not override the Consumer Guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability (Goods Only)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods (or their repair/replacement). Nothing in these Terms excludes the non-excludable guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

All store content (logos, images, text, design) is owned by or licensed to Suburban Thugs and may not be copied or reused without permission. You own the physical product you purchase, but not the intellectual property in its design or brand.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Please raise any dispute in writing at [email protected]; we aim to resolve it within 14 days. You retain your rights to pursue the matter with the ACCC or your state fair-trading authority.

10. General

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms by posting the new version; continued use of the store constitutes acceptance. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and your order confirmation, form the entire agreement between us.
